JIM PICCOLO: Vision on business
Great men and women set goals, dreams and envisions becoming “someone”. My mother is a real estate agent here in our locality a few weeks ago. It is new to me about real estate business since I don’t have much idea about having or looking for a home of my own. With this perception, I kept on searching on the net about real estate until I read about a successful entrepreneur on this business, Jim Piccolo. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nouveau Riche having the idea of creating real estate investors one at a time. The company was conceived in a living room with Dolf De Roos, and follows principles taught by Robert Kiyosaki.
Nouveau Riche was started in November 2002 by Jim Piccolo in Australia and New Zealand. In December 2002, the corporate headquarters were established in Scottsdale, AZ. The name was changed to Nouveau Riche University in 2005 after review by the ACE, under his management.
Every small business began with a dream a vision to take. It is a business plan of varying degrees of complexity, and a lot of hard work. I realized that some business owners are still working in the business and not on the business. As what I appreciated on this idea, it’s time to build your company to the next level. As what Jim Piccolo envisions a unique arrangement of business leadership, knowledge, vision and philosophy. Piccolo thus believes in building relationships and treating people fairly and with respect. As what we could apply based on his success business owners and higher ranks should let their employees have their wings and let them fly. Put your trust in your employees. They won’t let you down. You already know that mistakes can lead to success, so you no longer fear failure. You have begun the journey to constant growth and success.
